Secret Information Gathering
Intelligence Department

Agenda: To fulfil the tasks needed to gather secret information from TRINITY Pte Ltd. (work of fiction)
Standard guidelines and plan are as follows.

Objectives:

• Engage in a relationship with a higher authority in Trinity
• Install/ launch malware to destroy or steal the files.
• Attain tender history
• Attain business strategies

Phase 1: Operation QPQ

Sending Tech guy to hack the company’s confidential data

1. Hire a professional tactical espionage “tech guy” to infiltrate the company.
2. Engage light and small talks with person-in-charge to ensure that the problem will be solved. Take note to compliment about the current IT system in the company.
3. Ensure that there are no cameras and personnel in the room.
4. Check for security systems/programs in the computer
5. If there are no programs, deploy malware program
6. Compliment to the person-in-charge again about the IT system
7. Leave the building and careful not to leave any traces – Fingerprints.

Phase 2: Operation Data CONfirmation

Send a “cleaner” to work for the company.

1. Hire an old but experienced person in tactical espionage
2. Act as an old, frail, innocent man and do a damn good job to ward off any misjudgements.
3. Take note of where high-ranking staffs throw and dispose of their important documents
4. Scavenge for the documents when there are no staffs around. Ensure no cameras are around. Do take note not to leave trails behind.

Phase 3: Operation Misplaced Trust

Work for Trinity

1. Hire a person who has adequate qualifications to enter Trinity. Testimonials are a must
2. Perform exceptionally well and rise up to the top. Be politically correct when having conversations and work with colleagues à To ward off misjudgements
3. Eavesdrop conversations between colleagues and high ranking staffs à Gain secrets and insider knowledge. Note not to be obvious and don’t be a employer’s pet
4. You’ll gain the respect of others and people would want to be your friend/lover
5. Exploit the friendship/love and try to uncover secrets of the company. E.g Tender transactions and business strategies.
